The Great Reset

Because there’s so much that simply does not make any sense on the surface of the so-called “Great Reset,” we have to go deeper.  This is all pure speculation.  The only thing I am sure of is this hypothesis I am undertaking here is not 100% correct.  I have no idea how correct it is, but it’s a lot of data points that can’t quite gel into a crisp image.  It’s all slightly out of focus still. Despite that, we have to live our lives and make decisions.  So here goes.

However improbable we must conclude; they are lying about Covid.

The ‘they’ in this story includes the media, most of the medical establishment, and especially the main health ‘managers’ on the world stage.

They are lying about treatments and they are lying about the reasons for needing the new lockdowns.  Clearly it didn’t have to be this way.  But it is and it was, so that means it was selected to be this way.

China has practically no infections to speak of.  Neither does Taiwan. Ditto for New Zealand.  Strangely enough, apparently Africa is in pretty good shape too.

We’re left with trying to make sense of the narrative that the so-called richest and most powerful countries are effectively powerless against this rather pedestrian virus, at least compared to the Spanish Flu of 1918 or SARS of 2003.

I mean, just look at this wall of terrible sounding news from the US this morning (10/30/20):

How can this be?  How can things have become so bad again?

Clearly the media is selecting an angle of fear.  Instead of using their reach to inform people of how they can properly ‘prepare their terrain’ to limit the spread and impact of Covid, they are telling a story of fear, more government control, of the need to close businesses, shutter in loved ones, and generally work to keep people very, very worried and off balance.

You know what?  That’s exactly how abusers set up their victims too. This is the classic pattern of those who seek to dominate and control another:

1. Love bomb your target (“I only have your best interests and safety in mind!”)
2. Make them dependent on you
3. Isolate them from their support network, family and friends
4. Take control of their finances
5. Track their movements, let them know they are being tracked
6. Threaten them if they don’t follow your increasingly complex “rules” no matter how nonsensical
7. Gaslight them frequently to keep them off balance
8. Lie constantly and keep them fearful. Keep them off balance at all times.

The only and best way to deal with an abusive relationship is to walk away.  Simply get up and leave and don’t look back.  There’s a better life and a far better partner out there waiting for you.

The ‘Great Reset’

If our national health managers, politicians, and media are more interested in keeping us in an abused, paralyzed state, then the next question is why?

The related question is, can you do anything about it?  We’ll get to both of those questions today.

You may have heard about the term The Great Reset.  It’s not a fringe term being bandied about by the likes of me, but is a super elitist re-framing that was rather suspiciously well formed and popped up all of a sudden in a coordinated fashion among the biggest of the big players; the world bank, the IMF and the World Economic Forum (WEF or Davos) shortly after Covid hit the scene.

COVID-19 lockdowns may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying. There is good reason to worry: a sharp economic downturn has already begun, and we could be facing the worst depression since the 1930s. But, while this outcome is likely, it is not unavoidable.

To achieve a better outcome, the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions.

Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a “Great Reset” of capitalism.

There are many reasons to pursue a Great Reset, but the most urgent is COVID-19. Having already led to hundreds of thousands of deaths, the pandemic represents one of the worst public-health crises in recent history. And, with casualties still mounting in many parts of the world, it is far from over.

The strategy is clear; use the anxiety about Covid to introduce a sweeping set of reforms.  This is exactly what happened after 9/11 too, and what we got then was an endless war on a noun (terror) and a massive dismantling of civil liberties and a complete loss of personal privacy.

So I guess it would be pretty inconvenient to the “Great Reset” crowd if Covid wasn’t the worst public health crisis in recent history.  I mean how terrible would it be for these world improvers if Covid wasn’t really all that deadly after all?  Even worse, what if it could be treated easily and effectively with cheap OTC medicines?  That would suck, I suppose.  A perfectly good crisis wasted.

Their aim is extremely ambitious, and they tell you what it is right up front; “Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed.”

What’s on the table?  Everything.  It all must be “transformed” which makes their vision something of a Rorschach test.  You can see in it what you like.

If you think “transformed” means more oil and gas use, then that’s what you get to think. Someone else gets to think it means less oil and gas use. “Transformed” countries may be more open and free, or less, again depending on how you personally resolve that ink blot of a word into your own personal meaning.

I’ve been watching these elites long enough that my own process for divining the true meaning of their words resolves into a future of them winning and the rest of us losing.  They get more power, more money, more freedoms, and the rest of us get the exact opposites of those things.

Here’s the IMF spinning away on the great Reset concept back in June:

Doesn’t that all sound lovely?  Greener, smarter and fairer.  This from the organization that has saddled innumerable third world countries under crushing debt over the years allowing the banker-dominant countries to set up endless conveyor belts of goodies from these countries as repayment for those debts.  Print money out to thin air, “loan” it to smaller countries with things you want, then get those things.  It’s great work, if you can get it.

So color me the tiniest bit skeptical as I hold out that these velvety words – greener, smarter, fairer – probably hide a mailed agenda.  Again, one that roughly translates into “heads we win, tails you lose.”

Let’s Become Psychopaths

Okay, time for some role playing.  Let’s all become psychopaths for a moment.  You know, the sorts of people who are decisive, and willing to break a few eggs to make an omelet, and then laugh about it all later over drinks.

When I slip into this mode I become far more sympathetic to their probable playbook and the reasons for it.  So here goes.  I’m going to write from their perspective.  See if this lands for you.

Look, we have to be realists about this all.  No use crying over spilt milk.  The time to properly address the many predicaments we face was decades ago and that time is long past.

The world has too many people on it.  Well, too many people with the wrong expectations.  There are billions clamoring for the western middle-class lifestyle, but that’s not realistic because the resources simply don’t exist for them all to make it.  Worse, that will mean fewer resources for me and my friends.

Regardless of the issue of equitable sharing, there’s solid evidence that the world’s ecosystems are past a variety of breaking points.  So the topic of sharing equitably becomes moot.  The little people simply have to consume less going forward, not more.

Think all you want about how we muddle through all this but unless you are proposing a complete reversion to a global assortment of Dunbar-limited 150 person tribal units, which would necessitate an ~90% population reduction, you realize that we will remain a hierarchical society.  We’re not going back to small tribal units, which means we remain in some sort of pyramidal shape of power and control.

Which means a distribution with a relative few at the top layer(s) and everybody else occupies the lower layers of the societal pyramid.  That’s just how it works out.  Further, once you digest the implications of Rules for Rulers (which if you haven’t watched, stop right now and do it) you realize that any reshuffling of the existing hierarchy doesn’t change a damned thing.  The treasury must be shared.  The keys to power must be paid off.  Reshuffle the deck as many times as you want, and write new laws (game rules) but the underlying rules force a pattern to each game; aces beat kings and kings beat threes.

Because reshuffling the power deck won’t really change a thing and because we haven’t the time to squabble and bicker until a new hierarchy reforms, we make the logical case for cementing the existing power structures in place (of course we do, but it really does make sense).  

Also, given that we now face a world with nuclear tipped hypersonic missiles, there also isn’t room for any miscalculations or misunderstandings.  Therefore it is understood that every country’s key leadership (by which we mean their banks and their wealthiest and/or most powerful people) are all on board before we begin.

The world has to be managed as a world now.  We can’t afford regional, provincial, or desperately outdated patriotic sentiments to impede the next acts.  France cannot remain France anymore than the US can remain the US or China remain China.  They must all must become part of one entity. 

The alternative is to let each country duke it out over dwindling resources and we all know how that story goes.  War, war and more war.  Practically every war in history was a resource war and the few that were religious wars were, underneath it all, about the power of the top echelons of competing religious orders wanting more power.  Power, of course, is a resource.

Covid now represents our best chance to advance this new agenda.  We seriously doubt our plan entirely converts into points on the board on this first go round, but we can certainly advance the ball down the field. 

Fortunately, our powerful partners in Silicon Valley have been 100% on board in keeping the populace completely distracted by inane things as we put forward our grand plans.  The news and mainstream media are similar allies.  It’s intoxicating (such power!) to see millions of people in the streets arguing over things that have zero relevance to The Great Reset, resources, or anything that really will make any difference to their lives.  But I digress.

As we all know, a fearful populace is the easiest to both control and to reshape.  Only when belief systems are cracked open can we install new ones.  With the help of the invisible enemy (SARS-CoV-2) released within a kilometer of the Wuhan Virology Institute (hehe heh), and only a month after the conclusion of our dry run called Event 201, in October 2019 where we laid out exactly our plans (again, intoxicating), our ‘new Pearl Harbor’ had occurred.  The time has come.

Heh heh.  That’s one way we have a bit of fun.  Just launch these massive “coincidences” into the stream of consciousness and then wink knowingly at each other at parties. 

At any rate, everything that’s now happening in Covid was planned during this “mock” run of world leaders that included the WEF, the UN, the WHO and various major pharma and news corporations.  It was a great trial run.

The next one will be even better.  We’ve learned so much and people are both worn out and fearful – a perfect combination for phase II.

The Model

Okay, that was fun.  It kind of makes sense though right?  In a world of limits we have to either assume that somebody somewhere has a plan or that they don’t. I assume they do for the simple reason that I have one.

I’m not all that special.  If I can sit down on a single phone call with Mememonkey (and we do from time to time) and parse through an entire thought-train like this in a half hour, it would be totally illogical to assume that ‘they’ aren’t doing the same thing.

So let’s imagine that ‘they’ know about resource limits (which they do).  Let’s make this about oil.  Peak Oil.  Let’s say they know about Peak Oil, that they have all the actual data from Saudi Arabia and other places, which means they know how long we’ve got at current rates of consumption.

We’ll next assume they’ve logically come to the conclusion that humanity need to severely dial back oil consumption.

Well, not them of course, they are vitally important and have to get to Davos in their private jets, but the little people.  All the little people clogging up the highways in their solo cars and cramming the airplanes with their meaningless trips to Aruba.  That’s got to stop.

So imagine you are in a position of true power – you can direct silicon valley AI programs to misdirect people’s attentions and emotions, and you can dictate what gets printed and said in the mainstream news and, more importantly, what does not – what do you do?

Here’s my little thought experiment model for this.  It’s a flow chart with binary outcomes at each step.  It begins with the realization that Peak Oil is real.

Once confronted with this staggering limit, the first binary decision tree outcome is to split the elites into two groups; the true movers and shakers and those who falsely think they are.  Every corporation or large group is similarly broken down.  There are those who think they are in the know and driving things and those who actually are.

So let’s break our elites into ‘average intelligence’ and ‘wicked smaht.’

Now that we’ve done that, we safely shunt the average intelligence elites, rich though they may be, into various non-harmful roles such as managing the family money or sitting on the boards of various 501c3 organizations.  These people think they are near the reins of power, but really they aren’t.

The truly smart elites we are going to break into normal, warm , compassionate people and sociopaths.

It’s always the sociopaths that end up running everything. They are relentless in their pursuit of power and control.  So they win every time.  They simply have more energy for that project than the normal folks who do other things like spend energy being good people, with their families, with friends, and on hobbies.

Not the sociopaths.  They are 24/7 on the job of planning, scheming, and wanting more power.  So they end up getting more of it every time.

Now that this sociopathic subgroup is in control, they are faced with a choice.  Do they tell the truth about Peak Oil to the world or do they lie?

That’s easy!  They reflexively lie, even if telling the truth might be better for them and everyone.  It’s almost like a professional duty among the ‘world improvers.’  Never tell the truth when a lie can be brought to bear.  Why?  Because a lie always conceals the truth. Because a lie keeps people off the scent.  because you have to keep the long-game in view.  Truth is rarely helpful to the long-game.

Okay, with that easy decision out of the way, we know have to wonder if the lies will lead to a more open society or to an outcome that results in more command and control for the sociopathic elites?

Lol.  That’s easy too.

It’s also a matter of recent historical record.  Every single decision and action has resulted in greater command and control of everything from the daily wiggles of the stock “”market”” to where you have to be subjected to a millimeter wave scan of your privates in order to get on an airplane.

All of which leads you right to where you are.

Every binary step takes us down one more rung.  Another step towards whatever future the powers that be are envisioning.  Frankly, I don’t think they get there before their grand scheme falls entirely part for a hundred thousand reasons, but I could be wrong about that.

Sound loony?  Sound implausible?  Maybe, but it’s how I’d be doing it if I were them and could control what they control.  It makes sense.

One does not simply tell 7.8 billion people “the party’s over.”  The territory has to be softened up. It’s far better to have people self-isolate and limit their consumption than to try and force that upon them.  Convincing a small country to fork over its critical resources because you “loaned them some money” is far easier than sending in troops to take them away.  FAAAaaarrrrr easier.

It’s far easier to have people lock themselves at home to limit their use of resources than it is to force them to do so. FAAAaaarrrrr easier.

A Cardinal’s Take

One thing I do, as your information scout, is I read far and wide.  I do not limit myself.  I read the elites haughty proclamations, I sift through Federal reserve meeting notes, I read local papers (on line), I read newspapers from countries the world over and I check out various organizations.

Over the past month I’ve been developing this above scenario in near-daily “coffee time” processing with Evie.  She can confirm, this idea has been gelling for a while.

Which means I was deeply struck by this letter to Trump by Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano (a former Vatican Cardinal when I came across it this morning (10/30/20).

From an entirely different direction it comes to basically the same conclusions!  That always makes me sit up and take notice; when unrelated methods triangulate on the same piece of ground.  Maybe coincidence.  But then again, maybe not.

Mr. President,

Allow me to address you at this hour in which the fate of the whole world is being threatened by a global conspiracy against God and humanity. I write to you as an Archbishop, as a Successor of the Apostles, as the former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States of America. I am writing to you in the midst of the silence of both civil and religious authorities. May you accept these words of mine as the “voice of one crying out in the desert” (Jn 1:23).

As I said when I wrote my letter to you in June, this historical moment sees the forces of Evil aligned in a battle without quarter against the forces of Good; forces of Evil that appear powerful and organized as they oppose the children of Light, who are disoriented and disorganized, abandoned by their temporal and spiritual leaders.

Daily we sense the attacks multiplying of those who want to destroy the very basis of society: the natural family, respect for human life, love of country, freedom of education and business. We see heads of nations and religious leaders pandering to this suicide of Western culture and its Christian soul, while the fundamental rights of citizens and believers are denied in the name of a health emergency that is revealing itself more and more fully as instrumental to the establishment of an inhuman faceless tyranny.

A global plan called the Great Reset is underway. Its architect is a global élite that wants to subdue all of humanity, imposing coercive measures with which to drastically limit individual freedoms and those of entire populations. In several nations this plan has already been approved and financed; in others it is still in an early stage. Behind the world leaders who are the accomplices and executors of this infernal project, there are unscrupulous characters who finance the World Economic Forum and Event 201, promoting their agenda.

The purpose of the Great Reset is the imposition of a health dictatorship aiming at the imposition of liberticidal measures, hidden behind tempting promises of ensuring a universal income and cancelling individual debt. The price of these concessions from the International Monetary Fund will be the renunciation of private property and adherence to a program of vaccination against Covid-19 and Covid-21 promoted by Bill Gates with the collaboration of the main pharmaceutical groups.

Beyond the enormous economic interests that motivate the promoters of the Great Reset, the imposition of the vaccination will be accompanied by the requirement of a health passport and a digital ID, with the consequent contact tracing of the population of the entire world. Those who do not accept these measures will be confined in detention camps or placed under house arrest, and all their assets will be confiscated.

Mr. President, I imagine that you are already aware that in some countries the Great Reset will be activated between the end of this year and the first trimester of 2021. For this purpose, further lockdowns are planned, which will be officially justified by a supposed second and third wave of the pandemic. You are well aware of the means that have been deployed to sow panic and legitimize draconian limitations on individual liberties, artfully provoking a world-wide economic crisis. In the intentions of its architects, this crisis will serve to make the recourse of nations to the Great Reset irreversible, thereby giving the final blow to a world whose existence and very memory they want to completely cancel.

But this world, Mr. President, includes people, affections, institutions, faith, culture, traditions, and ideals: people and values that do not act like automatons, who do not obey like machines, because they are endowed with a soul and a heart, because they are tied together by a spiritual bond that draws its strength from above, from that God that our adversaries want to challenge, just as Lucifer did at the beginning of time with his “non serviam.”

Many people – as we well know – are annoyed by this reference to the clash between Good and Evil and the use of “apocalyptic” overtones, which according to them exasperates spirits and sharpens divisions. It is not surprising that the enemy is angered at being discovered just when he believes he has reached the citadel he seeks to conquer undisturbed. What is surprising, however, is that there is no one to sound the alarm. The reaction of the deep state to those who denounce its plan is broken and incoherent, but understandable. Just when the complicity of the mainstream media had succeeded in making the transition to the New World Order almost painless and unnoticed, all sorts of deceptions, scandals and crimes are coming to light.

Until a few months ago, it was easy to smear as “conspiracy theorists” those who denounced these terrible plans, which we now see being carried out down to the smallest detail. No one, up until last February, would ever have thought that, in all of our cities, citizens would be arrested simply for wanting to walk down the street, to breathe, to want to keep their business open, to want to go to church on Sunday. Yet now it is happening all over the world, even in picture-postcard Italy that many Americans consider to be a small enchanted country, with its ancient monuments, its churches, its charming cities, its characteristic villages. And while the politicians are barricaded inside their palaces promulgating decrees like Persian satraps, businesses are failing, shops are closing, and people are prevented from living, traveling, working, and praying. The disastrous psychological consequences of this operation are already being seen, beginning with the suicides of desperate entrepreneurs and of our children, segregated from friends and classmates, told to follow their classes while sitting at home alone in front of a computer.

In Sacred Scripture, Saint Paul speaks to us of “the one who opposes” the manifestation of the mystery of iniquity, the kathèkon (2 Thess 2:6-7). In the religious sphere, this obstacle to evil is the Church, and in particular the papacy; in the political sphere, it is those who impede the establishment of the New World Order.

As is now clear, the one who occupies the Chair of Peter [C.M. – that’s the Pope he’s referring to here] has betrayed his role from the very beginning in order to defend and promote the globalist ideology, supporting the agenda of the deep church, who chose him from its ranks.

Yikes!  I have to assume that someone who rose to his level was not your average sort.  Clearly a mover and shaker of some sort or another.  I don’t know him or of him so I can’t vouch for him, but this message must come at some risk to his standing and career.  He straight up called out the elites, their plans, and even the Pope!

What stands out for me above is that Mr. Vigano has come to the conclusion that Event 201 was the sort of set-up I described, that there’s a Covid 21 in the works (I wonder where that information come from?) and that what is transpiring is nothing less than an epochal battle between good and evil.

You know what?  I can’t entirely disagree with that.  It’s as useful a framing as any.  My point here is that this undercurrent of rejection of The Great reset is now simmering along, and I suspect many of us are going to have to decide where we stand on the matter.

For example, contrast this specific piece of his writing…:

… with this Tweet I came across today from someone with 292k followers who was a former Hillary Clinton advisor:

Good grief!  He’s begging for exactly what Mr. Vigano was warning about.  “Make us dependent! Control us! Ruin our livelihoods!”  Hey Peter, if you so desperately want to be controlled by an abuser then maybe go work that out in your personal life?  Maybe don’t wrap the rest of us up in that pathology?

I’ll bet there are millions of people who would jump up and down and yell “hell yes!” to that list of action items.  But they’d not be understanding what tomorrow would bring.  Their abuser would tighten the noose.  Controls would be implemented.  Smaller stipends…then none unless you get the right vaccines…then you’d have to fight in their war to retain your housing and food allotments.  Or some such slippery slope.

Make of all that what you will.  For me, I was quite stunned to find that my own line of thinking matched perfectly that of the Former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States of America.  I’d have predicted, inaccurately, that we’d not have had much in common.  Man, was I ever wrong about that.  We have nearly identical thought processes and conclusions.

Thankfully, I have a very open mind, so that leaves me ready to find new allies as we bump along this road.

Conclusion

None of us have any control over the larger acts playing out on the world stage.  But we do get to decide if we’re going to provide our willing consent to those who would act against our best interests.

I can choose to either stand in my own integrity or to bend my knee to someone else’s design for me.  You know what?  I would if I believed in that person’s mission completely.

But I don’t believe a single word from the lying elites.  They’ve lied far too many times for me to have anything but my own reflexive opposition to whatever it is they are proposing.  If they say the sun rises in the east, I’m going to have my doubts.

I get the very strong sense that I am going to be forced to make a choice.  I can feel the walls closing in.  Join this side or that side.  I don’t want to join any sides.  But if forced, I know where I stand.

Life. Liberty.  The pursuit of happiness.

My integrity is not for sale, and it’s only growing stronger. I’ll speak the truth as long as I can.  I suspect those days are numbered.

Plant a garden.  Become resilient.  Winter is coming.

Thank you for reading to the end.  This was a thought experiment – an attempt to pull some signal from the noise.  I don’t know what the truth is, but I can smell bullshit.  And everything coming out of the mouths and mouthpieces of the elites is complete bullshit.
