As much as we hate to see you go, you may cancel your paid subscription at any time by taking the following steps:
  1. From the main menu, click Edit My Account (located under your avatar).
  2. Click Subscriptions on the left side of the screen.
  3. Open your active subscription by clicking View.
  4. Click the Cancel button.
Auto-renew will become disabled and your subscription will terminate at the end of the currently paid term.

To change your subscription level at any time, please take the following steps:
  1. From the main menu, click the Membership link.
  2. Select the desired plan.
  3. Follow prompts through to checkout.
The amount charged will be pro-rated depending on how much of your currently paid term has elapsed.

If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days, please take the following steps to request a refund:
  1. Login to your account so we know who you are.
  2. Click Contact Us from the bottom of the website.
  3. Enter details explaining why you are dissatisfied and submit the form.
Provided you have submitted the form within 30 days of starting your first paid subscription, we will issue the refund.  Once past the initial 30 days, or if this is not your first subscription, all sales are non-refundable.
